Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Revenue Recovery & Cash GenerationTTM revenue rebound of +65.3% alongside rising free cash flow indicates a durable demand recovery and improved cash conversion. That strengthens financial flexibility to fund R&D, dealer/service networks, dividends or debt reduction and reduces operating-leverage risk over the medium term.
Manageable Leverage & Solid ROEA low TTM debt-to-equity (~0.28) combined with growing equity and a mid-teens-to-low-double-digit ROE level suggests conservative capital structure and reasonable returns. This supports resilience to cyclicality, room for strategic investment, and lower bankruptcy risk over the next several quarters.
Integrated Agri Equipment FranchiseOwning product development, manufacturing and after-sales creates structural advantages: better product control, captive aftermarket/service revenue and closer dealer relationships. These factors support sticky revenue and competitive positioning as agricultural mechanization trends continue.
Bears Say
Margin CompressionEBIT margin decline from ~8.9% to ~5.6% indicates rising cost pressure or weaker pricing power. Sustained margin compression would limit internal funding for capex and the dealer/service network, reduce free cash flow cushions, and make returns more sensitive to cyclical downturns.
Cash-flow Volatility & Low CoveragePositive FCF is encouraging, but persistent volatility and very low coverage (~0.17) raise risk that the company may need external funds for significant capex, inventory swings or to smooth dividends. This reduces predictability of capital allocation over the medium term.
Inconsistent Reported Debt LevelsLarge year-to-year swings in reported debt undermine confidence in balance-sheet consistency and suggest episodic financing or working-capital swings. That unpredictability increases refinancing and planning risk and complicates assessments of long-term leverage strategy.
