The firm, which maintains its headquarters in Toronto, Canada, was previously known as Tiburon International Trading Corp. before officially changing its name to Fact, Inc. in November 2020. Since October 5, 2020, Fact, Inc. has functioned as a subsidiary of Kryptos Art Technologies, Inc.
