EXLA Resources Inc. is an early-stage company focused on the identification, acquisition, and development of various mineral properties. Its primary interests lie in extracting precious metals such as gold and silver, industrial metals like copper and iron, rare earth elements, and other commercially exploitable resources. The company's holdings notably include the Great Excelsior Mine, comprising 60 lode mining claims situated in the Mount Baker quadrangle of Whatcom County, western Washington State. Additionally, EXLA possesses rights to the Liver Peak property, an area of 620 acres covered by 30 unpatented federal mining claims within the Lolo National Forest in Sanders County, Montana. Based in North Las Vegas, Nevada, the company officially changed its name to EXLA Resources Inc. in August 2021, having previously operated as Helmer Directional Drilling Corp.
