The company delivers essential infrastructure and services related to air traffic, which includes cultivating new flight routes, managing baggage handling systems, and implementing security protocols. It also oversees the operation and technological advancement of terminals, IT systems, shuttle bus services, aircraft parking stands, and runways. Beyond its core aeronautical activities, the company engages in various non-aviation businesses. These ventures include managing parking facilities, operating retail outlets and food establishments within its terminals, hotel management, and the leasing of diverse properties such as buildings, commercial spaces, and land. Additionally, it provides taxi management and specialized consulting services concerning airport operations and other related functions. Founded in 1990 and based in Kastrup, Denmark, Københavns Lufthavne A/S functions as a subsidiary of Copenhagen Airports Denmark ApS.
