Its business activities are categorized into three primary divisions: Television, Publishing, and Other Services. The Television segment manages broadcasting licenses for channels such as SIC, SIC Notícias, SIC Radical, SIC Internacional, SIC Mulher, SIC K, and SIC Caras, delivering content to both free-to-air and cable audiences. In the Publishing division, the company is responsible for the weekly newspaper Expresso, the digital paper Blitz, and a wide array of other newspapers, books, and publications. The Other Services segment focuses on geographic information systems and oversees the Olhares and InfoPortugal web portals. Additionally, Impresa - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A. provides multimedia production, as well as real estate management and related offerings. The company was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.
