Q2 2026

Earnings Call Sentiment|Neutral
The call balanced meaningful operational progress and strategic momentum (IHOP outperformance, Applebee's remodel and off-premise strength, dual-brand rollouts, share repurchases and cost-savings) with notable near-term financial headwinds (sharp decline in adjusted free cash flow, elevated CapEx, increased G&A and commodity inflation, Applebee's same-store sales decline and company-owned portfolio drag). Management maintained full-year guidance and emphasized that many of the negatives are transitory investments to drive long-term growth, suggesting cautious optimism.View all DE:IHP earnings summariesIHP Stock 12 Month Forecast
