Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Zero DebtZero debt materially reduces refinancing pressure, interest obligations, and solvency risk while the company funds exploration. This conservative capital structure provides greater flexibility to preserve cash, pursue projects, or raise capital without an existing debt burden.
Revenue ReboundThe sharp 2026 revenue rebound shows that the company has demonstrated an ability to generate materially higher reported revenue than in the prior year. If this activity can be sustained, it could support project advancement and improve operating leverage.
High Gross MarginsNear-100% gross margins indicate limited direct costs on reported revenue, which could provide strong incremental economics if revenue becomes consistent. This creates potential operating leverage, although current operating expenses still leave the company unprofitable.
Bears Say
Persistent LossesPersistent operating and net losses show that current activity is not yet producing a sustainable profit base. Continued losses weaken retained equity, limit internally generated funding for exploration, and increase dependence on future financing or other monetisation outcomes.
Accelerating Cash BurnNegative operating and free cash flow across every reported year, combined with sharply higher 2026 operating outflows, indicates deteriorating cash generation. Ongoing exploration and corporate activity may therefore require external funding, potentially diluting shareholders.
Shrinking EquityThe decline in equity while losses continue indicates that the company is consuming shareholder capital rather than building a durable asset base through earnings. This reduces financial resilience and leaves less balance-sheet capacity to absorb setbacks or fund future exploration.
