SY-2101: An innovative oral formulation of arsenic trioxide, intended for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia. SY-5609: A cyclin-dependent kinase 7 inhibitor, which is being assessed in a Phase I clinical study involving patients with specific advanced solid tumors. Syros maintains several strategic alliances, notably a research collaboration and option agreement with Incyte Corporation centered on identifying therapeutic targets for myeloproliferative neoplasms. Furthermore, the company has a licensing arrangement with TMRC Co. Ltd. pertaining to the development and commercialization of tamibarotene.
