Through its stake in Xylodyne Corporation, the company develops proprietary electric vehicle technology. Furthermore, its subsidiary, Ecoval Corporation, is engaged in the creation, manufacturing, and commercialization of organic herbicides, insecticides, and systems for tree recovery. These products primarily target the retail/consumer lawn and garden segment as well as specialized agricultural markets. Another subsidiary, G.P. Royalty Distribution Corporation, delivers products and services to the jewelry sector. Its offerings utilize a patented low-power laser imaging system to enable the non-invasive, unique identification of diamonds and other precious gemstones. Established in 1989, CVF Technologies Corporation has its headquarters in Williamsville, New York.
