Currently, LYW Cyber Technology Group Holding, Inc. has no substantial business operations. In the past, the company, through its subsidiaries, specialized in both the production and distribution of light gauge steel framing materials for commercial and residential buildings, and the processing and sale of flat-rolled carbon steel goods. Founded in 1987, the firm was formerly known as Consolidated Capital of North America, Inc. It officially adopted its current name, LYW Cyber Technology Group Holding, Inc., in August 2021. The company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
