Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Low Leverage / Strong Balance-sheet ConservatismVery low reported leverage (debt-to-equity ~0.8% in 2025) provides durable financial flexibility. Low interest burden and modest fixed obligations reduce insolvency risk, giving management runway to execute exploration or development milestones without near-term debt stress.
Meaningful Increase In Equity And Total AssetsA meaningful rise in equity and assets between 2024 and 2025 strengthens solvency and extends operational runway. This lasting capital buffer supports continued project activity and provides a foundation for scaling once revenue-generating operations begin.
Improved Operating Cash Burn Trend In 2025A reduction in operating cash burn in 2025 versus 2024 indicates management has begun to curb cash outflows. If sustained, this structural improvement lengthens runway, reduces frequency of external raises, and increases the probability of reaching value-driving milestones before capital exhaustion.
Bears Say
Pre-revenue CompanyAbsence of revenue across multiple years is a fundamental risk: the core business has not produced operating cash inflows, leaving the firm dependent on achieving future commercial milestones. This structural uncertainty makes profitability and self-funding prospects speculative.
Persistent Losses And Negative MarginsConsistent negative EBIT/EBITDA and widening net loss in 2025 reflect a failure so far to generate operating leverage. Persistently negative margins erode equity and heighten the need for capital raises, making long-term return generation contingent on material operational progress.
Weak Cash Generation And Growing Free Cash Flow BurnRecurring negative operating and free cash flows, with FCF burn increasing in 2025, create structural dependence on external financing. This ongoing capital need risks dilution, raises execution risk if markets tighten, and limits ability to invest in growth without new funding.
