Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Debt-free Balance SheetZero reported debt materially lowers financial risk and increases flexibility. With no interest burden the company can allocate limited cash to operations or strategic moves and has better access to capital markets if needed, a durable structural advantage while losses are being addressed.
Very High Gross MarginGross profit equaling revenue implies very high product-level margins, indicating either low reported COGS or premium pricing. This structural margin headroom gives management a realistic pathway to profitability if operating expenses are controlled or scaled, supporting medium-term margin recovery.
Improving Free Cash FlowFree cash flow improved in 2025 versus 2024 and exceeded the reported net loss in 2025, signaling better cash conversion dynamics. Persistent negatives remain, but this improvement is a durable operational signal that working capital and cash management can trend positively with focused execution.
Bears Say
Persistent Operating LossesRecurrent EBIT and EBITDA losses across reporting periods show structural unprofitability. The very large 2025 loss drove extremely negative net margin, indicating core operations do not cover fixed and SG&A costs, a material long-term constraint on capital formation and sustainability.
Consistent Cash BurnOperating cash flow negative every year and consistently negative free cash flow indicate the business consumes rather than generates cash. This enduring cash burn forces dependence on external financing or equity raises, constraining strategic options and increasing dilution risk over time.
Eroding Equity BaseEquity declined meaningfully from 2024 to 2025 due to losses, shrinking the balance-sheet cushion. A deteriorating equity base reduces resilience to shocks, limits financing flexibility despite zero debt, and increases the likelihood that future capital raises will be dilutive.
