ATWEC Technologies, Inc. develops and supplies child safety solutions to educational institutions and childcare facilities, serving clients across Tennessee and internationally. Among its offerings is a commercial backup system, which employs a voice-activated 115-decibel alert to notify pedestrians. Key child reminder systems include the KV-3, designed to prompt drivers to verify no children or seniors remain in a vehicle; and the KV-4, which utilizes RFID technology for system deactivation. For air purification, the KV-X sterilization system offers a two-stage process with a UVC module, while the KVX-4 complete child reminder system integrates a UVC module for continuous air disinfection throughout vehicle operation. Additional products include student tracking and notification systems. The Kiddie Voice is a safety alarm specifically designed to prevent child abandonment in daycare buses or vans, and the Kiddie Alert System provides voice-enhanced backup warnings for larger vehicles such as buses, vans, and trucks. Founded in 1979, ATWEC Technologies is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.
