Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Sustained Revenue GrowthSustained scaling of revenue from ~2.28B to ~5.46B over several years shows durable demand for recycled rubber products and successful capacity/market expansion. A growing top line improves fixed-cost absorption, supports longer-term investment and strengthens bargaining positions with suppliers and customers.
Healthy And Improving ProfitabilityA near-10% net margin and solid operating profitability indicate the core recycling business generates meaningful earnings. Persistent profitability supports reinvestment, debt servicing and resilience through cycles, enabling management to fund strategic initiatives and maintain operations without solely relying on external capital.
Improving Leverage / Stronger Capital BaseLower debt-to-equity and expanded equity signal improved solvency and a stronger capital base, reducing refinancing vulnerability. Manageable leverage enhances capacity to raise incremental financing for growth and cushions operational volatility, improving medium-term financial flexibility.
Bears Say
Sharply Negative Free Cash FlowDeeply negative free cash flow, including -622M in 2026, shows that reported earnings are not generating surplus cash after reinvestment. Persistent negative FCF reduces internal funding for capex, debt paydown or shareholder returns and increases reliance on external financing, raising execution risk if growth stalls.
Weak Cash ConversionOperating cash flow roughly 0.28x of net income indicates poor cash conversion, likely from working-capital drag or receivables/inventory build. Weak conversion limits liquidity for day-to-day operations, heightens sensitivity to working-capital swings, and constrains the firm's ability to self-finance expansion or absorb demand shocks.
Material Absolute Debt & Historical LeverageAlthough leverage has improved, absolute debt remains sizeable and past higher leverage shows the business can become funding-sensitive during expansion. Coupled with negative FCF and capex needs, material debt raises refinancing and interest-rate exposure, potentially constraining strategic flexibility.
