Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Multi-year Revenue ExpansionThe company has expanded its revenue base over several years, indicating established operating scale and underlying market demand despite the modest FY2026 decline.
Positive Operating Cash FlowPositive operating cash flow shows that the core business continues to generate cash internally, providing some support for ongoing operations even though investment needs currently absorb more cash.
Substantial Equity BaseA meaningful equity base provides a cushion against operating volatility and indicates that the company retains greater balance-sheet resilience than a highly distressed manufacturer, despite weaker returns and rising leverage.
Bears Say
Severe Margin CompressionThe sharp deterioration across gross, EBIT and net margins signals weaker pricing, mix or cost absorption. Sustained compression would reduce earnings resilience and make recovery dependent on a meaningful operational turnaround.
Persistent Negative Free Cash FlowRepeatedly negative free cash flow indicates that reported earnings are not covering investment requirements. This limits self-funded growth, reduces deleveraging capacity and may increase reliance on external financing.
Higher Leverage And Weaker ReturnsRising leverage alongside sharply lower ROE points to reduced financial flexibility and poorer capital productivity. The combination could constrain strategic investment and amplify the impact of further earnings weakness.

Company Description
GRP Ltd
GRP Limited, an enterprise established in 1974 and based in Mumbai, India (formerly Gujarat Reclaim and Rubber Products Limited until its renaming in June 2012), specializes in the production and global distribution of reclaimed rubber products. The company's operations are divided into its core Reclaim Rubber segment and other diversified activities. GRP offers a comprehensive range of regenerated natural and synthetic rubber materials, which are vital components in manufacturing items such as tire inner linings, sidewalls, and treads, as well as conveyor belts, various molded goods, adhesives, footwear, rubber mattings, profiles, and roofing. Moreover, the company produces POLYCOAT, a unique elastic powder in compounded form. Beyond its rubber offerings, GRP Limited manufactures industrial polymers, encompassing both glass-filled and unfilled reprocessed nylon 6 and modified nylon 6,6.
