Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Strong 2026 Revenue ReboundThe sharp revenue rebound indicates renewed demand or project activity and can provide a broader base for operating leverage. Its durability depends on converting this growth into stable margins and cash generation, which remains unproven.
Gross Margin Recovered From Prior LowsRecovery from the exceptionally weak 2023–2024 margin period suggests some improvement in project economics or execution. However, the benefit is not yet durable because the 2026 margin remained modest and below 2025.
Balance Sheet Has Moderate Current LeverageCurrent leverage is moderate rather than extreme, giving the company some ability to fund operations and pursue scale. This provides financial flexibility over the medium term, although the cushion is narrowing as debt has risen materially from 2025.
Bears Say
Persistent Operating And Net LossesContinued operating and net losses show that higher revenue has not yet translated into an economically sustainable business model. Persistent losses can restrict reinvestment, weaken equity, and increase dependence on external funding.
Negative Operating And Free Cash FlowA multi-year pattern of negative operating and free cash flow indicates that reported activity is not producing cash to fund the business. Continued cash consumption may require borrowing or dilution and limits resilience during weaker project conditions.
Rising Leverage And Negative Shareholder ReturnsHigher leverage alongside negative ROE reduces the balance-sheet cushion and increases financial risk while the company remains loss-making. If weak profitability persists, debt servicing and funding needs could further constrain strategic flexibility.
