Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Revenue GrowthThe company delivered sharp revenue growth in 2025, showing it can expand top-line scale. Durable revenue expansion provides a platform to absorb fixed costs, supports bargaining power with suppliers, and is a prerequisite for any sustainable margin recovery if cost discipline follows.
Scalability / Volume GrowthManagement has demonstrated the ability to scale volumes, indicating an operational model that can grow distribution reach. Sustained volume growth can enable longer-term operating leverage, better route economics, and improved unit economics if gross-margin pressures are addressed.
Listing & LiquidityA Hong Kong listing with multi-million average trading volume suggests reasonable market liquidity and visibility. That persistent liquidity supports access to equity capital and strategic partners over months, reducing execution risk for financing or M&A if management needs to shore up the balance sheet.
Bears Say
Margin CompressionA steep drop in gross margin indicates the core distribution economics are worsening. Persistently lower gross margins undermine profitability even as revenue rises, making it harder to cover SG&A and fixed costs and limiting the company's ability to generate sustainable operating profits.
Cash Burn / Negative OCFSustained negative operating and free cash flow is a structural risk: it forces reliance on external funding, constrains reinvestment, and raises execution risk. Unless operating cash flow turns positive, the company may face repeated financing needs that dilute equity or increase leverage.
Rising Leverage & Equity ErosionRapid leverage increase alongside sharp equity erosion signals weakening balance-sheet flexibility. Higher debt amplifies downside risk during continued losses, may constrain strategic options, and can lead to covenant pressure or costlier refinancing if cash generation does not improve.
