Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Revenue ReboundThe rebound indicates renewed demand or delivery capacity and can improve operating leverage if sustained. However, durability depends on converting this higher revenue base into better margins, so it is a growth foundation rather than evidence of a durable turnaround.
Narrower Net LossA materially smaller loss reduces the pace of equity erosion and suggests some recovery from the prior year's trough. Sustained improvement would strengthen resilience, but the company remains loss-making, so this is only an early sign of progress.
Positive Equity BasePositive equity means the company retains a capital base to support operations and is not currently described as balance-sheet distressed. That cushion is constructive, although rising leverage and negative cash flow could reduce it if losses persist.
Bears Say
Persistent UnprofitabilityExtremely thin gross margins leave little room to absorb operating costs, while recurring operating and EBITDA losses indicate weak earnings quality. Without sustained margin expansion, revenue growth may not translate into durable profitability or internally funded growth.
Negative Cash GenerationLarge operating and free cash outflows weaken the company's ability to fund operations, investment, and obligations internally. The history of negative cash flow in multiple years suggests a structural funding risk rather than a single-period distortion.
Rising LeverageThe sharp increase in leverage reduces financial flexibility and raises sensitivity to continued losses or weak cash generation. Higher debt alongside negative free cash flow may increase reliance on refinancing or additional capital, limiting strategic options.
