These comprise IMM0306, a bispecific CD47×CD20 molecule aimed at relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL); IMM2902, another bispecific agent combining CD47 and HER2 for solid tumors that are either HER2-positive or HER2-low expressing; and IMM2520, a bispecific CD47×PD-L1 molecule intended for various solid tumors. Further development efforts include IMM47, a humanized monoclonal antibody designed to target CD24 for cancer treatment; MM4701, a distinct bispecific molecule simultaneously engaging both CD47 and CD24; IMM2510, a bispecific "mAb-Trap" engineered to block both VEGF and PD-L1; IMM27M, a CTLA-4 antibody enhanced for ADCC activity; and IMM40H, a humanized IgG1 CD70 monoclonal antibody also featuring augmented ADCC activity.
