Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Infrastructure-focused Business ModelThe company is focused on transportation and infrastructure assets, giving it an established operating base tied to essential connectivity. Infrastructure-related activities can support durable cash generation and provide a platform for investment and ancillary income over a multi-quarter period.
Positive 2025 Free Cash FlowThe return to positive free cash flow in 2025 indicates that the asset base can generate cash after investment requirements in stronger periods. This supports debt servicing and internal funding capacity, although the durability of that benefit depends on improving consistency across cycles.
Sustained Operating ProfitabilityElevated EBIT margins over the last three years suggest that core operating activities can produce meaningful profit before financing and other below-the-line effects. Maintaining this operating strength would help the company absorb volatility and support future cash generation from its infrastructure portfolio.
Bears Say
Negative Equity And High LeverageNegative equity materially weakens the company’s capital buffer and leaves creditors with less balance-sheet protection. Combined with very high leverage, this reduces financial flexibility, increases refinancing and solvency pressure, and may constrain investment or distributions over the next several quarters.
Volatile Profitability And Revenue DeclineThe swing from profit to loss, together with a sharp revenue decline, shows that earnings are not yet stable enough to support confident forward planning. Repeated bottom-line losses across the reported years reduce earnings quality and can make debt management and capital allocation more difficult.
Inconsistent Cash ConversionCash generation has varied substantially across reporting periods rather than converting operating activity into dependable funding. Negative periods can force greater reliance on borrowing or asset-level financing, which is particularly concerning when leverage is already high and equity is negative.
