WN3 Earnings Call
Q2 2026

Earnings Call Sentiment|Positive
The call presents a generally constructive picture: solid top-line growth across the group, strong cash generation, materially improved returns on capital and progress on strategic initiatives (inventory reduction, CRG operational turnaround, successful new ventures and loyalty rollout). These positives are tempered by near-term margin pressure from large recent investments (Midrand DC depreciation, elevated CapEx), deliberate apparel clearance and price strategies, forex headwinds and some one-off costs, which constrained EBIT and EPS growth. Management signals the heavy lifting is largely complete, expects H2 margin and profitability improvement (CRG break-even/profit in H2) and continued working capital and cash flow improvements.View all DE:WN3 earnings summariesTechnical Analysis
