The company strategically organizes its operations into three main business segments: Solar, Life Science, and Semiconductor. The Solar division is dedicated to developing production solutions for various solar cell designs. This includes cutting-edge concepts like heterojunction, interdigitated back contact (IBC), and tunnel oxide passivated contacts (TOPCon), applicable to both crystalline and thin-film solar cells. Within the Life Science segment, Singulus Technologies offers specialized product solutions for medical technology, decorative coatings, and data storage. Key offerings in this area include the integrated DECOLINE II product line, the POLYCOATER inline vacuum cathode sputtering machine, and the MEDLINE series, specifically tailored for medical applications. Additionally, this segment supplies machinery for the production of optical data carriers, such as CDs, DVDs, dual-layer Blu-ray, and Ultra HD Blu-ray discs. The Semiconductor segment provides custom-engineered machines and sophisticated platforms, notably TIMARIS and ROTARIS.
