Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Return To ProfitabilityThe return to positive net income and operating profit indicates that the turnaround is producing tangible earnings, improving the company’s ability to fund operations internally and strengthening resilience versus its loss-making 2021–2023 period.
Improved Cash GenerationStronger operating and free cash flow provides greater funding flexibility for working capital, investment and debt service. Although consistency still needs to be proven, the 2026 improvement supports a more durable recovery in financial capacity.
Deleveraging ProgressLower leverage and rising equity reduce balance-sheet pressure and should improve financial flexibility over the medium term. This progress makes the recovery less dependent on debt financing, even though leverage remains above a conservative level.
Bears Say
Inconsistent Revenue GrowthRecent revenue contraction shows that demand for outdoor communication products and services remains uneven. Without more consistent top-line growth, operating leverage and the sustainability of the company’s profitability recovery remain uncertain.
Severe Margin CompressionThe sharp decline in gross and net margins indicates limited earnings protection when business conditions weaken. Persistently thin margins could constrain reinvestment, amplify profit volatility and make the recovery vulnerable to cost or pricing pressure.
Balance-Sheet RiskDespite deleveraging, the balance sheet is not yet conservatively positioned and returns on equity remain modest. The history of losses and prior higher debt levels may limit financial flexibility if cash generation weakens or operating conditions deteriorate.
