Moreover, Hayasa Metals holds an exclusive option to acquire complete ownership of the Vardenis copper-gold project, which is located in central Armenia. The company, established in 2007, was previously known as Fremont Gold Ltd. until its name was officially changed to Hayasa Metals Inc. in November 2024. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Vancouver, Canada.
