Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Very Low LeverageExtremely low debt relative to equity reduces solvency and refinancing pressure, preserving flexibility to fund exploration and permitting. This conservative structure gives the company more room to manage its development pipeline while relying on external capital.
Growing Equity BaseEquity increased from about $26.3M in 2021 to $38.5M TTM, while assets reached about $43.1M. A larger capital base can support project advancement and provide a stronger buffer as the company works toward development milestones.
Focused Project PipelineNew Polaris is the primary asset, while the company also holds other exploration properties and performs technical, permitting, and project-advancement work. This established project pipeline provides avenues to increase mineral-asset value over time.
Bears Say
No Operating RevenueWith no reported revenue across the periods provided, the company has no demonstrated operating income stream from producing mines. Progress therefore depends on advancing assets and securing funding, leaving financial performance exposed until a project can generate sales.
Persistent UnprofitabilityNet income has been negative every year shown, with TTM loss of about $2.16M and EBIT of about -$1.73M. Persistent unprofitability indicates the current asset base is not yet producing earnings and limits internally funded growth.
Sustained Cash BurnOperating cash flow is negative in every period, while TTM free cash flow was about -$7.82M, worsening from -$5.09M in 2025. Continued spending without cash inflows creates ongoing dependence on external financing to sustain operations.
