Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Zero DebtA debt-free balance sheet reduces refinancing exposure and interest-rate sensitivity, preserving financial flexibility if the company secures future operating revenue. It also means current losses are not being amplified by substantial borrowing costs, although the structure does not solve the lack of operating scale.
Stable Equity BaseRelatively stable equity and assets provide a financial base that can support continued development without an immediately evident debt burden. This stability may improve resilience over the next several months, though recurring losses are gradually pressuring equity and limit the strength of this positive.
Improved 2025 Cash OutflowThe improvement in cash outflow and narrower annual loss suggest some progress in cost control or cash timing compared with 2024. If sustained, that trend could extend the company’s financial runway, but cash generation remains negative and the available data does not yet establish self-funding operations.
Bears Say
No RevenueSix consecutive years without reported revenue indicate that the company has not yet demonstrated operating scale or commercial monetisation. This leaves future performance dependent on establishing revenue generation, makes recurring losses difficult to absorb, and weakens confidence in near-term earnings visibility.
Persistent LossesRecurring losses across EBIT, EBITDA, and net income show that the current business structure is not yet profitable at any major earnings level. Without revenue growth or a sustained cost reduction, continued losses can erode equity, constrain investment capacity, and prolong dependence on external funding.
Ongoing Cash BurnPersistent negative operating and free cash flow means the company is consuming cash rather than funding operations internally. Even with lower outflows in 2025, continued burn can reduce financial flexibility over the next several quarters and create pressure to raise capital if operating cash generation does not improve.
