Zentalis Pharmaceuticals (ZNTL) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Zentalis Pharmaceuticals has appointed Diana Hausman, M.D., as its new Chief Medical Officer following the resignation of Carrie Brownstein, M.D. for personal reasons on January 19, 2024. Dr. Hausman, previously a member of the company’s Board of Directors and its committees, resigned from these roles in conjunction with her new appointment. Following Dr. Hausman’s board resignation, Zentalis received a notification from Nasdaq about its non-compliance with a listing rule concerning the Audit Committee’s composition. The company plans to address this issue by appointing a new independent director to the Audit Committee by July 17, 2024.
