W&T Offshore (WTI) has released an update to notify the public and investors about a regulation fd disclosure.
W&T Offshore, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of six fields in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico from Cox Oil Offshore, L.L.C., and other associated companies. This completion follows the prior agreement and has been publicly disclosed through a press release, which has been submitted as part of a Current Report but is not considered “filed” for regulatory purposes.
