The settlement provides for a fund of $90,000,000 to benefit class members. For the purposes of the settlement, the class is defined as: all persons and entities that purchased the common stock of Allstate from October 29, 2014 through August 3, 2015, inclusive (the “Class Period”), and who were damaged thereby.
