The settlement provides for a fund of $2,500,000 to benefit class members. For the purposes of the settlement, the class is defined as: all persons and entities other than Defendants who purchased or otherwise acquired: (a) Berry common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s initial public offering conducted on or about July 26, 2018; or (b) Berry securities between July 26, 2018 and November 3, 2020, both dates inclusive.
