Trade Desk (TTD) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Effective January 17, 2024, Samantha Jacobson, Chief Strategy Officer at The Trade Desk, Inc., has been appointed as a Class II director on the company’s Board of Directors. She will serve until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders following the resignation of David R. Pickles. Jacobson, who has not been assigned to any Board committees, will sign the same indemnification agreement as her fellow officers and directors. Her selection was independent of any arrangements with other persons, and she has no family ties or disclosable transactions with company executives.
