Zillow needs ‘the help’ as home sales show some life, Barron’s says

This past week, the National Association of Realtors said that February home sales rose 9.5%, marking the first two consecutive months of gains in more than two years. The 30-year mortgage rate has drifted lower since peaking near 7.8% in October. There’s talk of interest-rate cuts later this year.
