Zhihu announced that its board has appointed Henry Dachuan Sha as a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective immediately. Sha will replace Wei Sun, who has tendered his resignation from the positions of Director and Chief Financial Officer to pursue other business endeavors. Prior to joining Zhihu, Sha served as the CFO of Quwan Holding between October 2020 and December 2022. From September 2017 to December 2019, Sha served as the CFO of Huya (HUYA).
