Zevia appoints Andy Ruben as Lead Independent Director

Zevia announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Andy Ruben as Lead Independent Director, effective September 20, 2023. Ruben joined the Company’s Board in December 2020 and currently serves as Chair of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Ruben is Executive Chair of Trove, a company he founded in March 2012 that provides technology, logistics and expertise for outdoor, apparel and luxury companies to operate brand resale programs.
