Loop Capital keeps a Hold rating and $143 price target on Yum! Brands, saying the firm’s Taco Bell U.S. franchisee checks indicate same-store sales growth decelerated in late Q3 but still came in line with expectations for the full quarter. The firm is “largely positive” on Yum! Brands’ KFC and Taco Bell segments, which should continue to grow comparable sales in a low- to mid-single-digits range in the long term, though these positive attributes are accurately reflected in the company’s current valuation, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
