Xcel Brands (XELB) announced that on April 29, it received a delinquency notification letter from Nasdaq indicating non-compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) due to the late filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024. Nasdaq requires the company to submit a compliance plan within 60 days and may grant an extension up to 180 days from the original due date, or until October 13, 2025, if the plan is accepted.
