Truist analyst C. Patrick Scholes raised the firm’s price target on Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (WH) to $105 from $94 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Choice Hotels International (CHH) offer to acquire the company at $90 per share made last summer looks “increasingly stale and fundamentally undervalues shares” of Wyndham, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Truist is also raising its price target on Choice Hotels to $142 from $140 with a Hold rating while rolling forward its target year for valuation purposes.
