Baird analyst Michael Bellisario lowered the firm’s price target on Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to $86 from $88 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said we continue to have a favorable view of Wyndham shares, particularly on a risk-adjusted basis. Demand trends remain steady and higher for longer inflation should benefit Wyndham’s asset-light, conversion-focused business model and intermediate-term earnings profile.
