Craig-Hallum analyst Alex Fuhrman lowered the firm’s price target on WW to $4 from $8 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The Q4 report is typically a major catalyst for Weight Watchers, and the firm expects the company to offer annual guidance on February 28 after the close with the post-New Year’s “Diet Season” now complete. With that said, and while long-term potential is interesting, Craig-Hallum says 2024 is unlikely to be the breakout year many hoped for given mixed impact of GLP-1s.
