WillScot Mobile Mini price target lowered to $50 from $60 at Baird

Baird analyst Andrew Wittmann lowered the firm’s price target on WillScot Mobile Mini to $50 from $60 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said rental growth rates, rates on units on rent, and the volume of units on rent all remain positive, but moderated significantly in 1Q23. New/used unit prices are also moderating, consistent with the lower rate increases.
