Piper Sandler lowered the firm’s price target on Willis Towers Watson to $265 from $270 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares following comments management made recently at conferences. The comments were mostly negative, in the firm’s view, as margin expansion was suggested to be back-end loaded to the fourth quarter and fewer book gains will likely hurt both organic growth and margin comparisons.
