Citi raised the firm’s price target on Williams to $52 from $45 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares as part of a Q3 earnings preview. Temporary Hurricane outages and the Aux Sable sale “partially offset” as the hurricane related headwinds were within budget, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes Q2 represented the trough for producer curtailment and expects a modest level of recovery in Q3.
