Williams increases quarterly cash dividend 6.1% to 47.50c per share

Williams’ board of directors has approved a regular dividend of 47.50c per share, or $1.90 annualized, on the company’s common stock, payable on March 25, 2024, to holders of record at the close of business on March 8, 2024. This is a 6.1% increase from Williams’ fourth-quarter 2023 quarterly dividend of 44.75c per share, paid in December 2023. Some portion of this distribution may be considered a return of capital for tax purposes.
