Bernstein analyst Jean Ann Salisbury downgraded Williams to Market Perform from Outperform. The analyst cites falling gas prices and its Haynesville forecast for the downgrade. A warm winter has led to higher than normal storage, drastically reducing the call on the Haynesville in the next 12-18 months and "cratering" gas price, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
