William Blair starts WillScot at Outperform on ‘predictable’ sales

William Blair analyst Tim Mulrooney initiated coverage of WillScot Mobile Mini with an Outperform rating and no price target. As the market leader in modular space and portable storage solutions, WillScot is well positioned for growth over the next three to five years, even against softer macroeconomic conditions, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm sees "several idiosyncratic factors" benefitting the company, such as a long-duration portfolio, VAPS penetration, pricing convergence, and market penetration. All of these combine to yield a "predictable recurring revenue stream," contends Blair.
