Wedbush starts Paymentus at Neutral with opportunity priced in

Moshe Katri initiated coverage of Paymentus with a Neutral rating and $11 price target. The stock’s current valuation incorporates the digital bill payment market’s large opportunity, the company’s near-term 25%-30% growth rates, as well as the recent guidance volatility, Katri tells investors in a research note. Katri says Paymentus has an opportunity to disrupt the bill pay market but that its profitability is "elusive." The company trading growth for profitability to drive long-term growth, writes the analyst.
