Wayfair price target lowered to $40 from $52 at Baird

Baird analyst Colin Sebastian lowered the firm’s price target on Wayfair to $40 from $52 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The analyst said Q4 results were a mixed bag, with decent performance in the U.S. including positive adjusted EBITDA, offset by weaker international and a decline in active customers.
