Watsco Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $2.70 on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock payable on April 30, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 15, 2024. Albert Nahmad, Watsco’s Chairman & CEO, stated: “We are pleased to increase dividends to shareholders, reflecting our confidence in the prospects of our business, which is fundamentally supported by our strong balance sheet.”
