Warner Bros. Discovery reports resignation of Miron, Newhouse from board

In a regulatory filing, Warner Bros. Discovery said that on March 29, Steven A. Miron and Steven O. Newhouse notified the Warner Bros. Discovery board of directors of their decision to resign from the company’s board and its committees, effective as of March 29. Miron was a member of the company’s Compensation Committee and Newhouse was a member of the company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. The resignations were not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company’s operation, policies or practices. Following the receipt of Miron’s and Newhouse’s resignations, on April 1, the board adopted a resolution to reduce the size of the Board to eleven directors.
