Warner Bros. Discovery board members resigned amid antitrust probe, NYT reports

Steven Newhouse and Steven Miron stepped down from the board of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) on Monday after the company learned about an investigation into whether their presence on the board violated antitrust law, The New York Times’ Benjamin Mullin and David McCabe reports. Newhouse and Miron are both executives at Advance, whose holdings include Conde Nast, which publishes Vogue and The New Yorker and is one of the biggest shareholders of Charter Communications (CHTR).
